About
Jackie Mulcahy
My love of running as a sport in high school helped me realize at a young age how great exercise made me feel. This lead to my interest in health and wellness and my desire to share that with others. I earned my degrees in Education and in Nutrition with the intention of teaching young students that food is medicine so they could live a long, healthy life. In 2006, my dear mom passed away at age 70 from colon cancer. While researching the causes and speaking with her doctors, I found that unhealthy food was a root cause. That experience strengthened my passion for nutrition and inspired me to continue my education, ultimately becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
The best part of my work as a health coach is the actual coaching process-and partnering with you to co-create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique body, lifestyle and preferences. Coaching success comes with accountability and the guidance to turn your goals into real results!
Drawing on my expertise, I will help you make meaningful lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting habits that work for *you*. You will develop a deeper understanding of how food and lifestyle choices impact your energy, balance, health and happiness so you can feel your best every day. Whether you are looking to improve your energy, manage stress or achieve a specific health goal, I am here to support you every step of the way. Let us work together to unlock your full potential and build a life that feels vibrant, balanced and aligned with your vision of wellness.
