What I Do

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who encourages and provides ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your health coach, I will listen carefully and together we will simplify conflicting nutrition information.  We will explore the most natural, sustainable health plan, rather than  relying on pills or injections. After all, Food is medicine!

My Process

~ We will start with a free 15 minute telephone Pre-Consultation
~ We will then setup a Pre-paid 1 hour full consulation. During this time, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your personal goals.

I’m a certified graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I trained in over 100 dietary theories—from Ayurveda and gluten-free to Paleo, vegan, and macrobiotics—and mastered innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle strategies. My education in holistic nutrition and health coaching has given me the tools to help you create real, lasting change.

Together, we will work to uncover the food and lifestyle choices that work best for YOU, so you can feel more energized, balanced and vibrant. My approach goes beyond just food. We will explore all aspects of your life, from stress management to sleep to self-care, while creating a personalized plan that fits your unique needs.

Every session is designed to leave you feeling inspired and empowered. I’ll guide you step-by-step to make simple, sustainable changes that add up to big results. Let’s work together to build a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life—one small step at a time.
